Method
- Begin with the residue. Always. Warm it gently — never boil it off. It's the only thing in here that can't be replaced.
- Add the Sicilian Art while the heat is still rising. Let it bloom and stain the broth a deep, slightly indecent gold.
- Stir in the systems thinking. Slowly, in concentric rings. Watch the patterns form. If you see a feedback loop, name it; if it sees you, leave the kitchen.
- Release the agents into the pot. They will swarm, sort, argue, and self-organise. Step back. Trust the swarm.
- Reduce until the meaning thickens. The broth should coat both a spoon and a thought.
- Plate generously into a wide, shallow bowl. The dish is never done — it just stops being hot.
